Not only will the boat launches be busy this Saturday but so will the various Farmers Markets opening up all over the Wilmington area. Carolina Beach Farmers Market to Open April 24th – Join the Carolina Beach Arts and Activities Committee every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the lake on Lake Park Boulevard in Carolina Beach. Buy local produce, plants, baked goods, fresh meat, cheeses, jams and more from Carolina farmers and producers. There will be local artists and entertainers among the many vendors. Make sure to stop by the information table and pick up a list of local shops providing 10% discounts for market attendees.
