One Tree Hill home star for sale in Wilmington! Ever thought about living in a house that was on TV or used in a TV show?Well here is one for sale in downtown Wilmington. It has been used continuously in the WB hit show “One Tree Hill”. Many scenes were shot in the house and also on that gorgeous wide porch.
